Cancellation conditions

     Notification of all cancellations must be sent in writing to the ICARIS Ltd., Conference Management, (address: Nám. Dr. Holého 8, CZ-180 00 Praha 8 – Libeň, Czech Republic, fax: +420 266 312 113, e-mail: icaris@icaris.cz). Cancellations received before 10 August 2003 will receive a refund of the meeting fee, reduced by an administration charge of 1.000 CZK.
After 10 August 2003 no refund will be made, but it is possible to send/find a substitute participant instead of a cancellation.
