 Registration fee

     The registration fee is 7.000 Czech Crowns, CZK (220 EUR) per person. This fee entitles participants to attend the meeting sessions and to receive the meeting programme material. It also includes the informal welcome drink, reception and concert in Karolinum, visit to Prague castle followed by conference dinner, lunches from Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon refreshments during the meeting and the public transport ticket for 7 days valid for all Prague public transport. Late registration fee is 8.000 CZK (250 EUR)

     The registration fee for accompanying persons is 3.000 CZK (95 EUR) per person. This fee covers the informal welcome drink, reception and concert in Karolinum, visit to Prague castle followed by conference dinner and refreshments during the meeting. The fee does not include any extra excursions, entrance fees, theatre and concert tickets, etc.

 Payments

     Participants are asked to fill the Registration Form properly. Put down your requests and count the final sum of your payment. The fee is given in CZK. Participants can pay in any other currency observing an actual exchange rate. The preferred currency is Czech crowns. Choose the way of payment you prefer. If you decide to pay by credit card, please, fill in the special form. In this case the form should be returned by fax or post, because a signature is necessary. The organisers will distribute a Payment and Hotel Reservation Confirmation, on which there will be indicated the accepted amount. Any eventual overpayments or amounts outstanding will then be settled after the arrival at the registration desk.

  All payments (the fee, accommodation and excursion) must be free of bank charges to the receiver, i.e., all bank charges for effecting the international money transfer must be met by the remitter, including those imposed by the beneficiary's agents (HVB Bank Czech Republic a.s., Prague). This must be explicitly stated when authorising the international money transfer order. Eventual overpayments or due amounts will be settled after the arrival at the registration desk.

CERN-ATLAS group registration and payments

Registration and payments for participants from the CERN-ATLAS group paid by CERN will by handled centrally by the ATLAS Secretariat in building 40 and these colleagues are requested to see with the Secretariat for the correct procedure for registering.
