Conditions

Early Registration Fee will be accepted only if the Registration Form and payment are received by the Conference Secretariat before 28 December 2008. Pre-registrations will be accepted only by 6 March 2009. Registration Forms received after this date will be handled but not confirmed. The on-site registration will be available at the Conference Venue from 21 March 2009.

  • Coffee breaks, four lunches and a lunch-box on Wednesday, 25 March 2009

Confirmation of Registration

Please note that the registration procedure has 2 steps:
  • first fill in your Personal Data Form
  • then continue with the Registration Form, choose the fee, way of payment and complete the form

After submitting the filled form you will be provided with the Letter of Confirmation and the button for „Online Payment“ will be available. Kindly note that payment through the online system is only available after the Letter of Confirmation is issued. The Letter of Confirmation will be issued within 1-3 days.

Please note that the on-line Registration Form is only accessible with a password. The password will be sent to your E-mail address automatically after you submit the Personal Data Form. In case of difficulties during the registration process please contact the Conference Secretariat at

Terms of Payment

Registration fees must be paid in CZK by:

Credit Cards

Only Mastercard/Eurocard, VISA, Diners Club and American Express credit cards are accepted.

For the payment by credit card kindly use the Online Payment System (available after login). Please note that payment through the online system is available only after the Letter of Confirmation is issued.

You can also use completed Credit Card Payment Authorization Form signed by a card holder. Kindly fax it to the fax number +420 284 001 448.

According to the Czech law, credit cards will be charged in the local currency – Czech crowns (CZK) by using the exchange rate of the Czech National Bank on the date of payment. The approximate exchange rate is 1 EUR = 25 CZK.

Please note that all bank charges must be fully covered by the participant. A copy of the bank transfer must be sent to the Conference Secretariat together with the Registration Form.

Cancellations and Refunds

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing about the cancellation of registration by fax (+420 284 001 448) or e-mail. Telephone amendments will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference. The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations received
by 28 December 2008 full refund of the registration fee
(less 750 CZK handling fee)
from 29 December 2008 no refund

Name change

If you should be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague instead of you. Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing about any name change. Handling fee of 600 CZK will be charged for each name change.
