MCC III - file query

Description
- the file system query returns HTML table of MC files corresponding to the entered flags
- it looks into the databaze (text file mcc3.production.db) and it returns the lines that contain the entered strings
- the space character is used to separate the particular flags

Examples
- to see all files leave the input string empty
- to see all qcd files generated with Pythia type: qcd pythia
